Chaat Masala is easy to find as it is behind Park Regis Hotel in Karama. It is the place I will never forget since I almost died because of a spicy kaati I had when I dined at the same location where Chaat Masala is now.
Cautious, I told our server to make it medium spicy. He recommended below dishes.
Pani Puri- it is just normal Pani Puri, nothing really special.
Tandoori Momos- grilled wanton wrap that is marinated in tandoori sauce with chicken minced filling. The wanton was spicy but the chicken mince mellows down the spiciness. It could have been better if it was served with a garlic yogurt dip for those who can’t handle spicy food.
SPDP- 3 Sev Puri and 3 Dahi Puri. This is good if you want to have 2 types of chaat for the price of 1. I love this idea because I love both Sev Puri and Dahi Puri and having one order of each will be to heavy if I will order it alone.
Cheese Pav Bhaji- I changed my mind on the best Pav Bhaji I had. I am giving Chaat Masala the crown for the Best Pav Bhaji I had. It doesn’t taste like normal pav bhaji, their masala is unique that is tastes like Kheema. My friend even said it tastes like Brain Curry. The peas added texture and sweetness. Cheese lessen the spiciness and made it creamy and savory.
Chaat Masala has very attentive servers, they serve the food fast as well. Good food and good service is what every foodie wants. Unfortunately, their place is really small that it can accommodate maximum 8 people.
