is an intelligent app that helps people with their cravings satisfied without the need for burning gas or money on public transport. Just type the food, cuisine, location, or restaurant you are looking for it will give you a lot of options. Like how we found out about NH17 Indian Coastal Cuisine. My friend told me that NH17 is a national road in India covering a lot of states which what makes this restaurant interesting because the food must be as diverse as how the food is in India. A little India in Dubai.
When we got there the restaurant was empty so I took advantage of taking pictures of the restaurant while we are waiting for our food.
For starters, we had Raita which is yogurt with shredded veggies. Similar to coleslaw but lots of yogurt. One serving is good enough for two people. This is usually eaten as a side dish to contrast the spicy curries and kebabs but we ordered it as a starter since our main dish was taking time to arrive our table.
Our main dish is Paneer Lazzakdar or Lajjatdar is other states. This is batons of paneer with shredded vegetables in rich thick tomato gravy. It tastes like butter chicken but they used paneer instead of chicken. I like the huge chunks of paneer, the tomato gravy is tasty. The spices such as coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili with coriander are blended perfectly. My favorite paneer tastes even better as it is marinated in curd which also added on the gravy’s thickness.
The food was great but the service was slow even though only two tables were occupied.
