When hunger strikes while shopping at Burjuman, I usually eat at the usual place that I like. I found a new place in the food court, Spices Garden Café. We ordered Spices Garden Special Dosa and Veg Kheema Paratha. I don’t give reviews for food court establishments, but they deserve a special mention. Here’s why….
Spices Garden Special Dosa– it has a lot of potato filling with a little sweetness because of white raisins. The sambar has a sweet and spicy taste as well… it’s like a spicy minestrone soup. For me, the dosa is best with the white chutney
Kheema Paratha – it has minced vegetables inside a paratha. It was bland, no spices at all.We asked for no oil but it has still a lot of oil.
We weren’t satisfied with the Kheema Paratha but the Spices Garden Special Dosa is distinct with other dosas. It was so good we ordered one more serving.
